Hi All, I need a quick suggestion from senior please help me. I am completing one year on March 2021 ( 12 months) experience in Canada. Here is my job history,
Company A - April 2020 - Aug2020 ( full time, but due to Covid got only less than 30 hrs per week for first 2 months later I was getting more than 30 hrs)
Company B - Aug2020 -till date ( full time more than 30 hrs per week )

can I submit my application on March end considering full time experience or I have to compensate the first 2 months hours ?
Please guys help me on calculating my hours

As per policy you need to have 1560hrs completed in a year to be eligible for CEC and it need to be Noc O,A or B. No matter you worked 40 hrs a week rest for year but only 30 hrs to be considered every week what i know. So according to me you need to wait till your 1560 hrs will be done. Rest wait for any other person suggestion.

Of course not. You need to do you homework and count week by week and keep adding the hours until you've accumulated 1560 hours. Keep in mind you can only count 30 per week. If you worked more than 30 hours on a given week then you should only add 30. If you worked less than 30 you should add the actual # of hours worked.

You will qualify under CEC when these hours add up to 1560 or more.

If you worked more than 39 hours on a given week then you should only add 30. If you worked less than 30 you should add the actual # of hours worked.

@Rojaj16 adding to that as per the Canada website. Anything below 30 hrs is considered part time. So your 2 months would be counted as 1 month. Rest you can do the Math and tally it to the required hrs.

That's not correct. The only way in which 2 months of part-time work will count exactly as 1bis if you worked 15h/week.

It's not a matter of it being part or full-time. It's a matter of adding the hours.

6 months partime would count as 1 FT if you just worked 5 hours/week.
