I hope getting some help from you guys.
Here's the case:
I applied for tourist visa online ( MyCIC ) and I've received a letter requesting my passport.
At the time while I was applying I was in Portugal, meanwhile I had to travel to Republic of Serbia in order to visit my family, and have my church wedding ceremony on 31st of August. I arrived to Serbia on August 6th and I will stay here until September 11th, 2014.
The problem is, according to their letter, the webpage where I should send my passport,

says, I have to send my passport to Paris, France, because of the address that I indicated in the form IMM5257E, that it's in Portugal. But, as I've mentioned previously, I'm currently in Serbia.
I would like to know if it's possible to send my passport, that CIC requested, directly to Vienna, Austria, via Canada Visa Application Centre in Belgrade, instead of Paris, France?
According the same page, mentioned before, to be able to send to Paris, I need to be in one of those countries:
"The mailing address must be in one of the following countries: Andorra, Belgium, Spain, France, Gibraltar, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, Monaco, Portugal, Réunion or Switzerland."
As I am in Serbia, they won't accept my mail, therefore my passport
The letter that CIC send me says the following:
"Your passport must be received by Citizenship and Immigration Canada within 30 days from the date of this letter. Failure to do so could result in the refusal of your application."
I've received this letter on August 15th, and I will return to Portugal on September 11th (Thursday), therefore I only have 1 working day to assure that my passport gets on time to Paris, France. That's why I'm excluding this last option.
Bottom line, can I send my passport to any Embassy?
I hope you can help me to solve this problem on the best possible way, as you realize my time schedule is tight.
