*URGENT* Minor Child Visitor VISA stay duration over and she still in Canada. What to do next?

Dear Experts,

I am working on Closed WP in Canada since 2017. My Wife and daughter came in Apr 2018. My daughter was on visitor VISA, but it was a dependent visitor visa and immigration team has simply stamped her passport with no date and no visitor record. I wasn't aware of this that visitor record is required to stay over 6 months. So legally my daughter is out of status since Oct 2018. I need to extend her VISA now... Please help and guide what are the next steps.. as per CIC I could apply for status restore until 90 days of expiry, but in this case it is more than 5 months now.

Hi did you resolve your problem what did you do now? Im in a similar situation both my son is out of status and its more than 90 days to restore it. Please share your experience. Thank you!

I am not sure about your situation , but I can tell you when you leave Canada , there is no problem , I would say try to avoid the border take flight instead . Once you leave then come back after 6 months no problem but try no to repeat the same. My mom had the same issue she couldn’t extend her stay as it was over 9 months then the lawyer told us there is no way to restore her status after 90 days .
