Urgent: Medical Exams Status Conflict

Hi there!

I have a problem I need help with. I completed my medical exams recently and before that, my application status read: Your action is required. After my medicals it changed to: submitted. However, I am being told that: we did not receive the results of your required medical exam. Check your medical exam request message below for details.
Can anyone explain things to me and suggest the way forward?

I have confirmed the submission of my medicals to the IRCC from the medical.

Ignore the messages if you know your medical has been submitted. There is a backlog in reviewing medicals so it will take some time before it changes to submitted or completed.

I have the same situation and i submitted the MR in 3 ways by office of my country and by web form and in the application
Today I was surprised we did not receive your medical exam. What should I do in this case? Please if you have feedback please tell me what did you do?
