URGENT, mailbox error did not MEDCIAL FORM,WHAT SHALL I DO?

Applied to CIO on April,2014. Got my file number on May,2014.

I am an inland appliant. My chosen visa office is CPC-Ottawa. Somehow, Sydney directly processed my file and did not mention about transferring.

However, it has been a month that I did not get anything about medical request. Today I got my response from CIO that they sent out the medical request and want me to confirm receipt.

I have two questions:

a) Can I do the medical without medical request form having bar code? Is there any possibility that they can not match my medical result with my file.

b) Shall I wait again for CIO-Sydney to resend the medical request. Since Sydney usually take a month to reply, I am afraid the 60 day deadline of medical request will be past.

I would recommend wait for them to resend it. Remind them again if necessary. They would have already noted that you emailed them about this issue so don't worry about the deadline. It takes only 2-3 days for the electronic medical results to get to them. So when you make an appointment, ask the doctor's office if they send the results electronically.

I had a similar situation with my police certificate. I panicked and didn't wait for their instructions, and my case has gotten delayed because of that. I would say try to get the form from them again. Once, you fall out of the "regular PR process assembly line", the delays are so damn long.

Hi Moonbow - If your application is meant to be processed outside Canada you will not recieve the AOR and medicals together. Medicals request are usually sent once your file is transfrerred to the country where of ur residence/citizenship- based on what you have specified in your application. AOR's and medicals are sent together if ur application is being processed in Canada.

Hi Moonbow - If your application is meant to be processed outside Canada you will not recieve the AOR and medicals together. Medicals request are usually sent once your file is transfrerred to the country where of ur residence/citizenship- based on what you have specified in your application. AOR's and medicals are sent together if ur application is being processed in Canada.

I'd suggest you reply back to the previous message informing you CIO/CPC-O has sent out a medical request and tell them you have not received it and thus you cannot confirm receipt. Remind them you have waited for some reasonable time since the message was received and waited for additional messages but none came and no medical forms or request has been received, and you are following up on the transmittal of these forms.

Don't reply to them .. Forward that email which u got from ottawa .. their response will be fast that worked with me in past.

Oh may be try that, because what happen is ..with forward email they get to know that they ask u for something and u sent it so they will chk it on priority.. even in the email u receive for medical they write it like forward this email..
