Dear Seniors,

I need your urgent advice on my current situation.
I am expecting myself to be working under different NOC from August with the same employer.
This case, am I obliged to notify CIC of this? I do not want to cause any delay when it comes to my PR application processing. I used to be PGWP holder and now I am on BOWP (OPEN WORK PERMIT)

THANKS IN ADVANCE!

You can, but it is not necessary.... it will have no impact on your application (assuming you did not claim points for a valid job offer).

thanks for your opinion.

I have not claimed for any points for a job offer because I used to be a PGWP holder. meaning my work permit is LMIA exempted.

THANKS : D
