My ex-employer has refused to provide the letter, at the last moment. Also, I left the organization about 5 years ago, so, I don't have any colleague who is still working with the organization. Is it alright, if an ex-employee of the company issues the letter on a plain paper? The ex-employee, joined the organization before me, and left after I left the organization. The person can provide his/her relieving letter which clearly states the tenure with the organization.
