URGENT Information required PLEASE

I am currently working in United Kingdom but basically from INDIA and I am on a work visa. I want to apply for a permanent residence to Canada. But I have been hearing a lot of updates about migrating to Canada. Some say they are currently not accepting any applications which is all confusing and I have approached few agencies here in UK who process for canada, But all they do is to ask me to register first. Please kindly help me with process and how to start with . I am in the Banking sector and Would like to apply for PR or may be work visa which ever is better and suits..Kindly help me out. Yes, some classes of visa are on temporary hold till 31st December. You will get the updated information regarding the new rules from the web site: www.cic.gc.ca
Check which class suits you, mean which category applies to you. You must have a one year experience in the given fields.
