Urgent: IEC International Experience Canada, Working Holiday WITHDRAW

Hello everyone,

I have a question about IEC International Experience Canada, Working Holiday Permit. I have one day left to accept or decline the invitation to apply, so I would really appreciate your help if you know the answer.

If I accept the invitation to apply and submit my application for the Working Holiday work permit, and then I receive invitation to apply for Express Entry, can I then withdraw the IEC application BEFORE I receive the POE Letter?
If so, would that count as a participation (which will prevent me from applying to IEC in future just in case I need to do so).
I mean at which stage it counts as a participation?

I would appreciate your help if you know this or you have had such a experience.

once you receive a POE letter that counts as a participation so you would need to withdraw before that is issued.

Although the CIC site tends to imply a POE is issued upto 8 weeks after you submit an application often this can be in days or even a week so you cannot rely on any estimated processing time on the CIC site.

Once you accept the IEC ITA believe you then have 20 calendar days to submit your documentation after which no real way of guaranteeing how long before POE will be issued so there is an element of risk in your plan.
