Urgent HRLP needed

Hi i have completed my MBA last year from Singapore and i am not interested to pursue masters from Canada/USA.

Can anyone tell me any decent college who accepts without GMAT, Also i am more interested for a job in canada/USA when finishing course, let me know job propects is good in canada?

Its the same process as in Singapore. First preference to Canadians then PGWP then comes foreign workers.
