Urgent !How to send additional documents to visa office?

Hi all ,
Just want to know how do you make sure the additional documents regarding relationship and sending csq as requested by visa office ( Pretoria) is it best to send via their email they sent us or IRCC webform ?

I recently got a letter by email please help if anyone when through same situation!

I sent it to their email as response Ok thanks for your response I will double check with GC key
I also got confirmation of my email.
Just wanna be sure they get the docs requested

Reply to them on the same email I received because they said to send file via email it would be sufficient for them just to quote application number in the subject line of email.
Thanks for replying I just wanted to make sure that I did the right way.
