URGENT-how to get interpreter in interview at new delhi vo for punjabi language

hi friends please guide i need an interpreter for my husband our interview is scheduled for next week.
in interview letter new delhi office has said that they provide interpreter for punjabi and hindi language but how to fix it for our interview.
please guide it is urgent
