Thanks

If you want to claim asylum in Canada, then you either need to be declared as a refugee by UNHCR in the UK and referred by UNHCR for resettlement in Canada. Or you need to obtain an approved TRV (tourist visa) for Canada, fly to Canada and then claim asylum when you arrive.

Also note that a refused refugee application in the UK can have a detrimental effect on a refugee application in Canada.

Also with that failed application chances to get TRV are close to 0. As you have to disclose it in your TRV application. And if you do not do it, it will be discovered latest by your refugee claim and then you will be facing misinterpretation (which would practically sink your refugee case).
Did you check for other options with your partner. What nationality is he. Could you go for a registered partnership with him?
Did you also check if you would qualify for EE (where unlike for TRV your failed UK claim would not have negative effect).
