As a protected person in Ontario, I was trying to apply for a study permit but I was asked to fill form IMM5709 and upload Provincial attestation letter. I feel stuck in the application process because I learnt that IMM 5709 = “Extend or change conditions as a STUDENT.” what do I need to do please?
