2-only have to show expensive of 1st year.
3-Easy way to pay the processing fee of CAD 125 is making a bank draft for PAY TO THE ORDER OF RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA from any public bank and attach this draft with you file.

And has your study permit application been approved yet?

Hi,

1. It should be for the entire period.
2. Again, it should be the total available funds. It's the job of VO to calculate first year tuition + CAD 10,000 living expenses.
3. Refer CHC website of your homeland.

Wow i'm actually quite confused now. If you don't mind, do you have any link that state specifically the total available funds and tuition, room and board and other are for the entire period?

What about proof of funds? Do i show just the 1st year worth of fees or?

1. No links. Based on my experience with my successful visa application in the very first attempt (and without agent's help).
2. Write total fees + available funds on the visa application. And, show proof of 1st year tuition + CAD 10,000.

My first year worth of all fees = CAD54,000
Estimated cost for entire program plus other expenses = CAD220,000

So, if i write CAD220,000 for fees and available funds on the application form and show just CAD54,000 in my parents' bank statement as evidence of financial sufficiency, would it be fine? Or is it risky to do so?

The total expensive your study course(total duration of study) will be shown by your LOA and all detail about your expensive in your stay in canada written on your LOA. so your do't need its shown. and you have to show only expensive your 1st year tution fee+living expensive CAD 10000 + trevling 3000 CAD etc.

Just got my study permit application submitted.

But strangely, the Visa Officer at my country's Canadian Embassy told me that "tuition, board and room, and other" and "available funds" are just for the 1st year.
