Urgent! Help! Study permit resfusal

My study permit extension has been refused and the reason is because I don't have any document to proof that the institution that I intended to stay have accept me. Now, the problem is my study permit has been expired on 30th March, so if I want to re-apply for study visa and I have new evidence to proof that I have been accepted by a designated school but I am not sure which type of visa should I apply a) same type of visa--study permit extension or b) restoration??? Please advice!!! Thank you so much!!!

You must apply for both; renewal & restoration before June 30. Fees $150+$200. No guarantee it will be approved.
