URGENT HELP REQUIRED

HI guys,
I have applied for study visa on 13 July but didnot get any update except application submission.
My classes are going to start Tommorow .I contacted clg and they told me to update my application status by 11 September.
Anyone please let me know if I should raise a web form to embassy. If yes, kindly share the link for that.
