Urgent help required

I recreated my profile and volunteerily cancelled my last profile to get nomination from ontario. Now post ITA should I say yes or no to the question:
1. Has xxxx applied to cic before?
2. Has xxxx applied for PR before?
3. Please provide PR file number.

Please help.

Answer No. Creating an EE profile isn't the same as applying for PR.

Thanks Asivad. This also clarifies the question I asked yesterday wherein I was being asked about UCI number.
So CIC is not concerned with the previous EE profile number at all?

Unless you received an ITA with the previous profile, submitted the application and were refused, not interested in it at all.
