You can marry her and it will not cause any problems for immigration and sponsorship. In Canada marriages between first cousins are legal, so a more distant relationship like this will not matter.
There is a question on the forms that asks if your and the applicant's families are related in some way. Just explain there.

Need expert advise, Soon I will be married and after that I want to sponsor my future wife. I want to confirm I can marry her or not because of family relationship.

My future wife is : My Maternal grandmother ( My mothers mom) -----uncle (means my grandmother mothers brother)----Sons--------Daughter( My future wife).

Does it effect on sponsorship application...............?

No, it will not be a problem. Canada allows first cousin marriage.

The app does ask if your spouse is related to your family members, so you will need to mention it.

Well it does not sound like a first cousin which is not allowed so technically it is possible. I think you can be certain that cic will look very closely at the relationship.

First cousin marriage is allowed in Canada but generally it is not recommended. Mostly due to the higher chance of risk of having children with genetic defects.

I happened to know one guy years ago at my work, who married his 1st cousin. Their child ended up with a birth defect bound to a wheelchair for life.

As clearly stated before, normally and logically, no. Why it should? You can marry her and it should not cause any problems in your application for your sponsorship/immigration. In Canada marriages between first cousins are legal, so more distant relationships should not matter neither.

And by the way, if you examine your family tree closely, you'll notice that she's not your cousin in any way, she's your mother's second cousin!

My husband and I are related the same way. In one of the GCMS notes I had requested the officer mentions the relationship and says that a marriage with this relation is "not unheard of in this culture" (we are malaysian/indian) and no red flags whatsoever in regards to that.

I really would not worry about that relationship affecting your application. focus m ore on sending in proper evidence and lots of proof and pictures to back up your marriage.
