Urgent Help Required.....New Brunswick EOI form problem

I have download Electronic form for EOI. In section Why are you good candidate for NB, the form accepts only numeric values (No alphabets). what should be written in this section? Can we email scanned copy of the said form (means printing the form, fill the form by hand, scan the filled form and then email this scanned form)

you can send a scanned copy along with the soft copy and attach an explanation of why you are doing that
