Urgent Help require Got PR file back due to some problem in form 5620

Hi Friends,
I got my SINP (PNP) and applied for PR to CIO Sydney and they received my file on 1st aug 2012 and on 26 sept 2012 i got my file back with a letter stating that "The information provided on Form 5620 is incomplete. Please complete highlighted sections." Actually the problem is in form 5620 i sent my credit card detail and my cvv number was 0## but that form has not accepted "0" so they got only last two digit of cvv number inplace of three. So unfortunately when they tried to cut fees from my credit card it didn't work so they sent file back.
Now I am confused that whether i have to refill the same form(5620) and need to send it back with old forms which they sent me back or I have to fill all forms again and need to send a complete new application because i saw that all of my forms are checked and they are good.
Please reply I am very much confused and depressed. Thanks in advance.

2 options for u-


you will fill the form that needs rectification....attach the old and new form with all other forms.....but please check whether the other forms have been updated by CIC or not....


To be on safer side you can fill all the other forms from scratch.....you can handfill the form if it doesnt accept 0.....i filled some of my forms by hand and some i generated from computer.......its ur wish...

You can send a copy...it doesn't hurt....its better to be clear to them

I sent my file back with the with the letter which they sent me and a new cover letter explaining everything. Now i am confused that my file will be taken in consideration as per old datewhich is aug 1st or they will consider as new file? any idea friends???

Most probably it is a fresh file since you didnt get any file number before

I have sent my PR application with CIO last 3 weeks and the mode of payment i have used is my credit card, I am just worried cause my CVV has 0 at the end. do you mean that CIO doesnt accept CVV with 0? or the 0 digit of your CVV is omitted in your 5620 form when it got printed? apologies I really can't follow your statement. In form 5620 the problem is when you write your cvv like 012 it will not accept 0 and will print as 12 inplace of 012 so you have to write 0 by pen after taking print of it otherwise when they try to charge your fees from cc it won't work and they will return your file, same has happened with me. I will advise you to fill that form again and send them with a covering letter explaining the problem and don't forget to write your cliend id number and DOB in the letter. All the best.

I see thanks, I just checked the copy of FORM 5620 that I have sent to CIO and the zero was printed in the form, the 0 of my CVV is at the end (3rd digit) . Good luck in your re-submission and hopefully things get nudge in the next coming days. Saw from other form topics that CIO is currently processing papers recieved in the month of August.

the payment form was not accepting cvv starting with zero.my cvv starts as 0##.so takes only 2 digits and omit zero.I have already send the file....what i should do now.????i am very confused plz help...can i resend that form alone???plzzz help me
