I was graduated on 6 sept ,2018 .
Applied for work permit on 9 sept,2018
After appling work permit I staretd working full time as a security gaurd where i was working partime when i was student.
Left security job on 31 Oct,2018 and moved to PEI for NOC B job.
Unfortunately, my work permit application got refused on Nov 9,2019 due to incomplete documents,
I still had study permit till nov 31,2019. i reapplied for work permit with proper documnets on Nov 11,2018.
I got NOC B job and started working on NOV 23,2018 full time.
Luckily ,I got work permit on Jan28 ,2019
My 1 year of noc B job is completing on this 23 NOV ,2019.

My Questions are following
Q1) When do my experince starts counting for NOC B job?
My research-
In applied status work expiernce count . I called CIC and confirmed with them .I confirmed from 2 different consultants .
I am counting my expiernce form NOV 23 ,2018 when i started working in NOC B job.
Q2) How to fill my work experience in express entry profile ?
My opinion
April 2017- August 2018 - Part time Security gaurd
Sept 2018- October2018 - Full time Security gaurd
NoV 2018- Currently - Full Time Technical SUpport Represntative
My concern in this that i will provide them UCI no of my curent work permit with i appiled in Nov2018.My question is would IRCC/CIC wonder why i worked full time btw Sept 2018-Oct 2018.
although i was in applied status.
