Urgent help regarding cic waiting for visa since last 37 days at vfs Chandigarh

Today only I linked my paper based application to mycic account online and it is as follow

Application no/name/date submitted/details/message/ check it status

And under DETAILS they show REFUSED

But when I click on check my status and messages they show
Application open
Medical not required
Documents
Biometrics not required
Final decision not started


But why they show details column refused


Plus plus help I am waiting for visa from last 37 days
And now I will get heart attack
