Dear Seniors

Can anyone explain how to fill the question 10 a regarding all addresses within 5 years eligibility period?

My situation is explained below!

I bacame permanent resident on 09 July ,2015 and I completed my 1095 days on 5 January 2020 almost in 4.5 years and I will sign my application on 17 February, 2020.

Should I write down my address history from 09 July ,2015 (PR date) till signature date or exact 5 years back from signature date that will 17 February 2015.

Yes. Also u will get ur eligibility period when u will fill the physical presence calculation. U have to provide all addresses during 5 years of eligibility.
