hii there... i am on post graduation work permit. can i marry with my bf who is currently on visitor visa in canada..??Do he will be able to apply for work permit too? Kindly give me advise

Yes, you can. He will get the same duration of work permit as you. But ,beware if you are planning to get a PR then it might affect the points at that particular time. Hope my answer helps.

Even though the OP can marry whilst on a PGWP should not expect applying for a spouse work permit to be easy so need to ensure have solid proof of relationship history that will pass any extra scrutiny.

She can only apply for open work permit if you have a work permit that is valid for six months or more and you guys have a marriage certificate.

Incorrect. They can apply for an OWP from a TRV. A TRP is not required.
