URGENT HELP PLS - VERY TIME SENSITIVE

Hi all,
Sponsored my parent back in 2008, application is in final stage right now. Canadian High Commission back home asked my parents to go for medical and submit passports so that they can issue visa.
Issue is: - My Mom came to Canada to visit me just before they received letter back home to submit passports.

WHAT IS BEST TO DO NOW?

You can get the medicals get done in Canada and the medical reports can be sent to either Ottawa or New Delhi (if you are from India). Contact your Canadian High Commission back home to ask advise on submission of passport. Let them know that your parents are in Canada and will go back to home country on a specific date. Can your parents submit passport after they come back home... ask for the advise from Canadian High Commission back home.
