On April 19, 2018 I received an email from iRCC stating that my inland family application has been approved and that IRCC Halifax was gonna contact me in order to set an appointment for the termination of my application (landing appointment as I've been told). I called IRCC call centre and several officers told me that it would take anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks for IRCC Halifax to contact me, but if they don't then I should call them back and they would contact IRCC to remind them about me (basically). Well, last Friday the 6 weeks were up and I called the call centre and they told me that they sent an email to IRCC HAlifax on my behalf telling them that I'm ready for the appointment and I'm just waiting for them to contact me.

My question is. Have anyone on here ever dealt with IRCC Halifax, or have you heard or come into contact with anyone who has? What was your experience like? How long did you have to wait to be called in for the appointment? What did they ask you to bring? And what questions did they ask?

Thanks in advance..

Hi, I'm replying as nobody has, so you can have some answer at least...

In general the Landing Interview is just a pick up of your CoPR. It's not an actual interview.

Just passport, proof of same address as sponsor, IDs, anything else they could ask for, and your sponsor.
