Urgent help please

Hello everyone please who can provide advice about this...
I filled the IMM0008 ...On the question Education/Occupation Activity on the current occupation i wrote No occupation and not Student as I'm still registered as a student...Will this be a problem?Because i understood about occupation only for the Job and not for student activity.Also in my Declaration Background in Section of Personal History...I put the dates from 2012 on ongoing as a student?Will this be a misrepresntation for the Visa office?Please any help is grateful

So, you are the Primary Applicant, and not the Sponsor, is that right? If that is the case, it shouldn't be a problem.

Yes Iam The principal Applicant...So it wuoldn't be a problem that i wrote no occupation right-?

Student would probably have been better, and more accurate. But what is done, is done. Hope for the best. My wife was an unemployed housewife and mother, and they didn't seem to have any issues with that. I think i put 'housewife' as occupation.

Actually, you did say "Student" in the personal history section, so you are covered. And "None" to occupation is subject to interpretation and technically correct as well, so you would be able to explain that away easily if required. As long as you are not a vagrant, or involved in criminal activity.

Don't sweat it. If they have concerns, they will either request clarification, or request an interview, at which time you can present your student records and registration, which may have to be translated into French or English.
