urgent help ,please

hi everybody,


unfortunately, when i resend my applications for second time i didn't notice that they ask me to attach the letter which was sent to inform me about the refuse of the first app and the attached appendices which told me about the lack of information also.


do you think this will affect the acceptance of the new applications or what do you think what should i do to avoid denying



another query ,please


they mentioned that my fee wasn't processed and is also being returned to me, that letter i received it in April and it was send from Canada and signed by Canada post at 23 February. until this time my card wasn't charged with my amount (this kind of cards which we must charge the account in our bank before using it in internet purchases ) so i do not know what is the right way to solve all these problems



please i need a help specially for the the first query because my second app received by NS office at 5th may so i think my turn is so close and my noc 1111 is not in the new list so i am afraid to miss this time it will mean that i lost my chance forever

Hi If you missed out some information in the application than unfortunately your new app will be considered under new rules if its or will be recieved after 26th june-10 and if your noc is out than nothing can be done though you can look at other NOCs or immigration options. Sorry man.
