Urgent help please!

I am a OINP applicant and just got an Email saying that I got a new message from myCIC account. However, I am on a trip and forget my password. So I tried several time for both password and the password retrieve questions but both failed and my account is suspended until 24 hours later. So how long can I wait to accept the nomination? Is there any other way to get the password back? Thank you!
