urgent help please

Hi,

I have two questions about filling out the immigration forms for skilled workers.

(1) Form (IMM0008) Schedule 3: Economic Classes - Federal Skilled Workers

Item No (14) Your Work Experience: I don't know the corresponding four-digit 2011 National Occupational Classification code. My occupation is a translator.

(2) Form (IMM 5409) Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union

Item (5) Solemn Declaration

They're asking for the name and signature of Commissioner of Oaths. I live in Saudi Arabia and I don't where to go.
