I am now completing PR renewal applications for my family so I have few questions and I hope that I get some answers!
1-Do I have to mention the absence dates from the time become permanent residence up to five years or last five years up to this date
EXAMPLE
Our dates became permanent resident is July 4th, 2008. Therefore, do I have to fill from July 4th, 2008 until July 4th, 2013 OR the last five years up to this date September 2nd, 2013
2-Do I have to include the address outside Canada a long with my Canada address from the time became permanent residence or only Canadian addresses within five years?
3-What kind of other proofs I have to include for my wife other than notice of assessment from CRA as she is housewife raising our 4 kids

They want the last 5 years so if you apply this month, you give Sept. 2008 until Sept. 2013.

You should put all your addresses in the past 5 years.

Just send what they ask for. It is disputed whether it helps sending more documents than they ask for and if she is a stay home mom, your options of other documents are kind of limited anyway.
