Hello Everyone,

My 70 years old mother has lost both her young sons recently and one passed away while she was here in Canada, with me. She has no one back home whom she can go back to and am the only person left in our family and therefore, an early reply would be highly appreciated.

Below is profile for my mother's sponsorship application. She is currently on Super Visa and living in Ottawa, ON, Canada. Her visa will expire in Sept 2017. File was sent to New Delhi Visa office based on her residence (as per IRCC).
Recently she's been asked to submit below mentioned documents but it does not show any address or mode of delivery (Courier, Registry, Email Scan etc). Can someone please help. Not sure if I should send every thing to New Delhi Visa Office or to Mississauga, Canada. Although, they did mention about landing fee to be sent to Mississauga Office. I have already checked the letter couple times and it does not mention any address! The medical letter (sent as an attachment) had below address in the email (and NOT in the attachment) and am wondering if it's safe to "assume" and send the other docs at the same address.

High Commission of Canada,
Visa Section
P.O. Box 5209
New Delhi
110021, India

Application Applied: Jan 04 2016
E-Mail for Option C Print Outs requested: June 01 2016
E-Mail for Eligibility Letter: November 17 2016
E-Mail for Request for below docs: Dec 05 2016
E-Mail for Medical Request: Dec 08 2016

Letter Excerpt (that i received from DELHIIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca):

In order to expedite the processing of your application, we are requesting that you provide the following as soon as possible:
· Proof of payment of your Right of Permanent Resident Fee (landing fee) to our office in Mississauga or by your sponsor in Canada, if not already paid.
· Submission of police clearance certificates for you and all dependent family members who are 18 years or older, for time spent in any country for a period of 6 months or more, if not already submitted.
· Submission of a Schedule A – Background/Declaration form (IMM 5669),
· A duly completed Travel Information Form (IMM 5562E)

Would really appreciate if someone in same boat knows where to send the requested documents. Since, my mother is in Canada I would like to know proper address (Delhi or Canada) and mode of delivery (Courier etc).

Thanks in advance and God bless everyone!
Rita

If her file is being processed at NDVO - send it to them! You can also upload the documents through a case specific query and email them (same as the one below) the documents at the same time as couriering it to them. The address below is fine - think you should add 7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri after Visa Section to the address as well. Address it to Family Class Unit - Permanant Residency. Immigration department. At the back of the envelope which will hold all documents (not the outer one which the courier company gives you) - add your mother name as the applicant name and the application no.

I am very sorry for the loss of your family members.
