Urgent help- passport to CPC - Ottawa

Hi All,

I submitted my passport to CPC - Ottawa thru canada post xpress post on 12-Sep. The tracker is not showing any delivery information and i am worried whether they delivered my passport to CPC or missed.

How i can ensure that my passport reached to CPC. I tried to call CIC but not able to connect. Is there any other way i can ask them whether they received my passport.

You can email them asking if they received your passport or not.
