Urgent Help !! - Open work permit (10 years of employment history) IMM form

Hey,
We have applied for Spouse Open work permit extension last week but I just realized that I might have made a mistake in the section where we are supposed to list down past 10 years of employment. In the section, we didn't add the current employment but have added only the past employment. Although, we have uploaded current employment letter & payslips in the client information. Is it something I should be worried about?

But does it matter if we don't put the current employment in the past 10 years employment column? We have put only prior experiences

Have you mentioned the current employment at all or not?

One must list everything chronologically

I haven't mentioned that in the table where we are supposed to add past 10 years of employment.

However, I have uploaded employment letter & payslip in the client information as supporting documents
