Urgent Help on FSW Adaptability factor

Hi Everyone,

My wife is currently in Canada as a work permit holder;
Please I need an interpretation to this statement below because
I wish to obtain the extra 5 points on it.

If you and/or accompanying spouse or common-law partner have
engaged in full time work in Canada,with the appropriate authorization
for a period of at least one year in the pass 10years;provide:

1.Reference letter 2.Copy of any T4s available 3.Copy of employment authorization.

Please my questions are
a.What is appropriate authorization?Does this include the holder of work permit in Canada
b.If she has all 1-3 above,do I qualify to get the 5 points.

It is advisable to get the work offer letters, pay slips from your wife employer. As she is presently in canada, so i suggest you to add her work visa and work permit as well to acquire the adaptability points. Any still further clarifications, I am happy to assist.

Yes, if she is working more then one year full time in canada then you will get 5 points.

She can get the reference letter,she has her T4s and copy of
her worker permit authorization is available.
