my friend who got ITA in 60th draw got his passport expired....Medicals already completed...
He expects to receive the new passport within a week...How to update CIC about the new passport...
I saw some mention about CSE...How to go about it...

Did your friend submit his application post ITA? If not, just update the passport information. No need to raise a CSE. CSE should be raised after you submit eAPR and get AOR.
