Hi, I completed my MBA (Marketing) in 2015 from Pakistan. But because of the Higher value of a foreign degree in my country I wanted to acquire another Masters degree from Canada to improve my CV and to secure a better job in my country. Based on my background and interest, I applied for admission in Masters in Management Sciences (Major in Applied operations research) in University of Waterloo. In May 2016, I got the offer letter from the University and applied for study Visa. But the VO refused the application stating that:
"Not satisfied proposed studies are reasonable in light of your academic and/or employment history;
Insufficient documents to demonstrate strong economic ties; Not satisfied you are a genuine student
whose primary purpose is to study."
Reasons I applied for this program:
1). To secure a better job in my home country
2). This sort of a program is not available in Pakistan (I mean the specializations it offers)
3). Its duration is 1.5 years. This suits me as right after completing my degree in this short period of time, I can come back to my husband in Pakistan.
I want to know that whether to apply for the visa again for Fall 2017 or not?also I have completed my 18 years of education so applying for another Masters degree is logical or not? If yes, then what other options do I have? also I am married, so does that have an impact on the decision?
