Hi,

I need to create my express entry profile and currently my status is married but in about 6 months I will be legally separated from my spouse. Please advise if what legal status do I use to create my profile married or divorced/ legally separated? My spouse is not coming with me to Canada hence I am not going to claim his points for my score. Please suggest...

Experts please advise as I dont want CIC to ask for my spouse documents at any stage of process..
