URGENT-Help needed

Hi everyone,

I submitted my spousal sponsorship application (Inland ) Three weeks ago my wife is sponsoring me but I did not get/hear anything from CIC .All I know is that they have received my application by tracking the mail (courier service).
Now my status(I am on Visit Visa ) is going to expire soon next week .
I don't know what to do now ?I will have to leave or I can stay legally?
