hallo,i,m indian national ,but i,m right now living in germany for past 7 month.can i apply to visa to canada from germany if i get any employer ?

Just because you are living in Germany it wont be easier,because you are not a german citizen,if you were it would be easier.

Study visa isn't the same as work visa. For study visa, you will first need to get admitted into a University and have good marks. If you're wanting to study in Canada, you should research this path on CIC's website and the "International Students" section of this forum.

purpose of visit is work there not study.i,m studying in germany .if i get employer & they willing to sponsor me & give LMO ,will it be still hard? cause i can go back to home country but it will cost me extra including extra time ?

If you find an employer who gives you an LMO he doesnt "sponsor" you. And also I wouldnt call it "visit" if you intend to work there. Just making sure.

I read an article just a few days ago that it will get even harder to get a LMO and to immigrate.
If you are really interested to find work in Canada its always good to go to Canada and talk to the employer in person.chances of then getting a LMO are higher.

If you get your LMO Im pretty sure you can apply from germany since you just download the proper forms and send them to the correct embassy. If the post stamp is from germany,india or africa,they dont care

It's illegal to mail a Indian PP overseas, so you or someone you trust will need to carry it to India. You can also check your eligibility to apply at the Berlin VO.
