I have to send all my docs by next 2-3 days. Plz ans some of my questions-
1. I requested FBI Certificate just 40 days back, They yet not charged my card. I think it will take another 40-50 days to get the certificate. Will it be a major problem if they receive it after 30-40 days of 3 months timeline?
2. How should I sent my IELTS score? Test administrator will send a copy directly to Visa office with my file number. But I found in CIC website not to submit IELTS score directly from the testing center rather include the copy with application. I have only one original copy, What should I do?
3. By bank account is only 3 months old. Me and my wife are at USA and we opened the account at our home country. We have enough funds but the transection is only one line of three months duration. Will it be a problem?
4. Should I notarize xerox copy of my birth & Marriage certificate from a notary public in USA before sending?

1) Have you contacted FBI? why don't you apply for another certificate if it is not too expensive. Do you need a certificate for US if you haven't been there for at least 6months. They are taking so long in Buffalo, you may even have time to update one or two of your documents later. But this is a chance to take.
2) get the IELTS score and send it directly with your application. Cant you get another score sheet by paying more?
3) I dont think so, you are only sending a statement for your latest month.
4) yes you should photocopy them, and notarize it if the instructions in appendix A tells you to do so.

Do not miss your deadline as you will not be excused for that.

Will it be a problem? NO. even if it is going to be a problem, you can not show bank statements older than 3 months. becaue you do not have any older ones. right? so no choice. You will be alright with 3 months older bank statements.
4. Should I notarize xerox copy of my birth & Marriage certificate from a notary public in USA before sending? YES, all photocopies must be notarized.

1. You can send a cover letter explaining that why you are not sending the FBI certificate and send it later when you will get it.
2. Send the original IELTS certificate which you have. Do not send photocopy.
3. No problems, you can send that bank account statement as well.
4. Yes notarize the copy of documents which you sending to CHC

2. My bank statement is not 3 months old, rather my bank account was opened only 3 months back. The transection is current. They only sent me the transection, not a bank letter accompanying it. So, I requested my Bank to send a bank letter as well. I will submit that letter to Buffalo as soon as I get it.

3. One of my employer, back home does not have a visiting card, so I am just sending the employment letter. Will it be a problem? I will explain it in a seperate letter that he doesn't have a visiting card.

4. I will be change my address any time online, right? Coz, I will change my address within next one month.

I don't think buffalo people can change the address online but wait for someone to confirm that.

Just show them whatever bank account and the funds that u have to prove that u have sufficient funds! They need to see that u have sufficient funds to land and survive without a job in Canada!

Your employment contract or letter from your employer proving your work will suffice!

U can change the address online after u have submitted yr application and when it shows "in progress".
