I am writing this on the behalf of my cousin. She recently got her permanent residency and want to
reunite with her parents. Her parents has visitor visa and they have come to canada couple times before too. I want to know what are the requirements and expenditures gonna be currently. We have checked canada.ca website already but still need more information.
