Is it mandatory to submit student questionnaire form along with the application for Indian students. It seems I had forgotten to submit it in my application Sad I read the CIC website thrice filled and crosschecked the application around five times and today I came to know from this forum that I had forgotten to submit the questionnaire form of just two pages. Please reply is it mandatory for Indians.

it is in the checklist with family information form ......did u apply online? if no then vfs wont take ur application without it i guess. if u applied online email them the form or contact CHC.pepperspice said:
