i had applied on 5 october 2015 at VFS karachi and did meds on 16 nov 2015.....until now no reply from CHC islamabad....does that mean any chances of reusal? ???

No one can answer your question as the only option you have is to wait.

If there is no reply means, it can either be yes or no. Don't think negative. Take it in positive sense that you still have hopes.
