I have completed Diploma 3years after my 12th grade in Bangalore, India. When I did WES, I didn't mention them regarding the 12th and my diploma 3 years has converted into diploma 2 years as Canadian equivalency. However, I have read many forum and threads that if you complete Diploma after 12th it will be evaluated as Bachelors degree or Diploma 3 years. I contacted WES yesterday and they advised me to upgrade the report from document by document to a course by course evaluation. But when I log into my WES account, I have an option to upgrade the report but it doesn't ask options to choose either document or course. I called them again, and now WES has advised me to open a new application and then choose course by course( I will have to pay money again).
Is there anyone in the group who has faced this situation and gone through this? any advise what to do?
