Urgent help needed Oinp application returned — PLEASE HELP

hi I had applied under employer job offer OINP stream in march 2023. It was in submitted stage till today - i.e 4th Aug 2023

Today i got an email from OINP saying my application was returned saying its incomplete as I didn’t upload the signed attestation form but I had uploaded it.
It also say i will need to receive another invitation to apply !

I even have the scanned copy of the attestation form and it also shows on the complete Oinp form PDF

Will really appreciate some help here

what can I do to have them reconsider

has anyone had the same issue where application was returned saying it’s incomplete and was able to reverse that decision

please advise

Did your application show assessment status or submitted?

So it never went to assessment stage? and during submitted stage it was returned?

Yes they returned it it was in submitted stage only

I think you can send them an email and see if they can reconsider. Did you upload the form under the tab attestation form?
