urgent help needed- MPNP submission error

Hello Everyone,
I have completed my mpnp online application however, while reviewing and submitting , i am getting (sorry, an error occurred while processing your request) message is popping on. Though, i believe i have filled all the required information and uploaded the documents but i am not getting through to submission page for the payment .Does anyone facing the same trouble?
what should I do to overcome this issue

If you log in to your account there should be a 'contact us' button. Try that and explain the issue to them.

Just check first that all documents are uploaded, when I applied I didn't realise you had to include separate certificates and transcripts for all qualifications.
