Urgent help needed for supervisa !

Hello ,
1. applied for my father's supervisa but it was rejected a month later ONLY because we did not meet the LICO ( low income cutt off) requirement. We are a total of 3 ppl (huband wife and sponsoring the father) so according to cic we needed 37,650$ income . What exactly needs to be this amount ( net income , gross income , taxable income ) because right now our gross income was enough but our taxable family income was 36,550 .

2. If we re - apply this year by changing our taxable income to the required amount what are the chances that we will get the supervisa approved ? Any advice on applying this year vs. next year?

Thanks but apparently we need to show LICO and plus 30% over that amount so net income needs to be around $ 48,000

Supervisa LICO is family size plus 30% (same as PGP). If you can get your income up even now (showing pay slips etc) you can reapply.

LICO is what you need. That plus 30% is for PGP application.

Everyone keeps giving different replies. Some consultants have told me I need to meet the LICO +30%, while others have said I only need to show the LICO amount ($37,650). Can someone who has actually already applied or knows this information please help?

Ya I also saw it from this website and think that I need 37,650 but re applying again that's why now I just want to be 200% sure.

Yes, 37650 is the number for 2017. And they want to see your gross income.
