URGENT !!! HELP NEEDED ASAP !!!

I really need sum one to help me please.I have submitted my pnp application to CIC Nova Scotia on June 18th.I am 5 weeks pregnant.I am still working but my condition is really bad.I have been advised by the doctor for complete bed rest or i mite have a miscarriage am scared if i take time off from work,my employer mite fire me.Should i talk to a pnp officer regarding this or please advise as to what i should do.I would really appreciate if someone could help !!!

In some cases if you switch the job during processing, PNP can agree to go on with current process. Believe this reason is good enough.
